Pricing is based on the size of the home and whether it is single family or suited, such as a basement suite. Complete written report with color photos. Summary at end of inspection.

Add a thermal imaging scan to your inspection package. Thermal imaging can detect hidden faults, moisture and mold problems. Pricing is based upon your needs.
